Reality Prep Pro for macOS
Reality Prep Pro is a macOS app developed by Victory Software (Pty) Ltd. The 3D assets, imported files, exported files, Object Capture photo folders and project materials you use with Reality Prep Pro are processed locally on your Mac.
Opening an asset, working with project materials or exporting files in Reality Prep Pro is not an automatic submission of those files to Victory Software.
Reality Prep Preview for iPhone and iPad
Reality Prep Preview is a companion iPhone and iPad app for previewing compatible USDZ files, placing them in AR and running device-side validation checks.
It processes user-selected USDZ files locally on the device for previewing, AR placement and device-side validation. Opening an asset or generating a report is not an automatic submission to Victory Software.
Camera access in Reality Prep Preview
Camera access is used for AR surface detection, placement and displaying the asset in the surrounding environment. This allows Reality Prep Preview to show the asset at real-world scale on horizontal surfaces.
Validation reports
Reality Prep Preview can generate PDF and JSON validation reports. Those reports remain under the user’s control unless the user deliberately exports or shares them.
User-controlled exporting and sharing
Users control whether to export, save or share assets and reports from the apps. When users deliberately share files through another application or service, that destination may process the files under its own privacy policy.
Third-party services
Purchases and subscriptions for Reality Prep Pro are handled by Apple through the Mac App Store and StoreKit. Victory Software does not receive or store your payment card details. Apple may process purchase, subscription, account, crash, diagnostic and related information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.
Reality Prep Pro may use standard Apple and macOS services required for app operation, purchase validation, crash reporting or system-level diagnostics where applicable.
